I have travelled with Qatar Airways over five times, and each time I have felt secure and at ease. Good cuisine, admirable conduct, a suitable attitude, a lovely setting, a helpful mentality, and a tidy and clean airbus. My experience travelling with them greatly impressed me.
It was quite challenging to contact Quatarairways, but after I got through the automated system, my inquiries and issues were promptly resolved.
The worst airline in Asia and the Middle East combined. They were all rejected, so they will always be late, not give you a hotel or any compensation, and they won’t give you any points either. Steer clear of at all costs.
Qatar offers excellent onboard personnel and aircraft, but their customer service is appalling. In accordance with their own cancellation policy, they refuse to cancel tickets, or they make empty promises to call you back. Their phone support staff is incompetent and powerless; all they can do is refer you to their website without offering any assistance.
A terrible encounter. The food was appalling, and we weren’t served until after everyone else had finished. My luggage was left at Doah airport and arrived on the next flight because my flight from the previous airport was delayed. After filing a complaint, I still haven’t received a response after two months. I will never fly with Qatar Airways again because they did not live up to their stellar reputation, which has won numerous awards.
I just had one of my all-time best flights. Our flight was extremely comfortable thanks to the crew. There was a good selection of in-flight entertainment and delicious food. They are living up to their standing as some of the greatest in the business.
Very poor customer service. missed a recent flight despite arriving at the airport on schedule. inadequate staffing and lack of emphasis. I’ve boarded flights with Qatar Airways multiple times before without incident. But this time, there was no forgiveness offered, no reimbursement, and no complimentary flight reservation. The airline took our money and didn’t give us anything back.
I recently flew first class from Salt Lake City and had a good experience overall. There was no separate check-in for first class, but normal check-in was quick and efficient. On board, the flight attendants were friendly and courteous throughout the flight. Even though they did not make their rounds in first class immediately after boarding, they eventually got to us and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant flight.
Although I had some problems with the Qatar airline’s customer service in trying to change my flight, I appreciate the efforts of the agent and supervisor in helping me with my request.
During my 20-minute conversation with the agent, I was transferred to a supervisor who unfortunately disconnected before my concern was fully resolved. Despite this setback, I appreciate the airline’s efforts to address my concern and find a solution.
Although it took 3 hours to get through to another employee, I was happy to get help as soon as I did. The employee was able to help me start the process over and resolve my concerns in a timely manner.
Overall, I appreciate the airline’s willingness to work with me and resolve my issue despite the initial difficulties. Although there were some communication issues, I will continue to use the airline’s services in the future and hope that they will continue to improve their customer service.
Although my recent experience with Qatarairways on a business class flight from Miami to London was disappointing, I am confident that the airline will take steps to improve its customer service and operations. Unfortunately, a last-minute equipment change resulted in many passengers, including myself, being denied boarding and unable to find alternate routes. Although I was eventually able to get rerouted by going standby on another flight, I understand that this was not possible for many other passengers. I also had problems contacting the airline’s online and in-person support teams. Despite these issues, I believe Qatarairways has the potential to improve the customer experience through better management and communication. I hope that my feedback and that of other passengers can help the airline make positive changes for the future. Although I am hesitant to use their services again, I am open to the possibility that they will make improvements and regain the trust of their customers.

Although there were some changes to the gate and terminal during my inbound flight and I was placed on a waiting list due to overselling, the airline was able to accommodate me and get me to my destination safely. While I missed my connecting flight due to a late landing, the airline provided me with assistance and I was able to stay in the airport and be ready for my next flight.
While my two pieces of luggage were lost upon landing, I appreciate that the airline is actively working to resolve the issue and reunite me with my belongings. Overall, I am thankful for the airline’s efforts to make my trip as smooth as possible and for the positive experiences I had during my travels.
Although I experienced some problems during my recent flight with Qatar, I am confident that the airline will continue to strive to satisfy its customers in the future. As a frequent flyer, I had mistakenly booked Basic Economy instead of Economy, but was still able to upgrade to a more comfortable seat. Although the lounge was not available for day tickets, I understand that this is a policy instituted by the airline. I also tried to get a more comfortable seat due to my chronic problem but was unsuccessful. However, I appreciate that the airline has policies in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all passengers.
If you are a family with children, avoid flying with Qatar Airways! They are quite disrespectful and careless! If you don’t want to deal with the rude check-in workers, don’t purchase tickets with Qatar Airways! They simply don’t care about our issues and poor customer service!
We want a prompt refund of our tickets from Qatar Airways as well as payment for the distress this has caused our family.Last week, New York check-in crew made a mistake and refused to let us board the plane. They showed no consideration for our family, which included four children, or for the fact that we were their clients. For our kids, it was a horrific experience. We want to warn you all in case this happens to your family.
Even though we complied with all the rules, the personnel would not permit us entry. They erred in judgement because they had bad information! We can back it up with paperwork. So kindly reimburse our money and make up for this inconvenience!
I misplaced my luggage and was informed that it had been delivered, but I haven’t seen it. How can someone pick it up without informing the owner? I haven’t been able to find out where it is for nearly four weeks, and nothing has been said.
According to my observations, some of their staff members might do with being friendlier and more welcoming to customers. More greets and smiles at boarding, as well as a more upbeat mood throughout the journey, would be wonderful. Although I am aware that flying can be stressful, I think that having a cheery attitude can significantly impact how passengers are treated as a whole.

The gorgeous and well-groomed appearance of the flight attendants is something I enjoy in every way.
They have stewards who speak multiple languages at once, which made a very significant impression on me despite the fact that their English is outstanding.
Okay, I won’t mention other crucial aspects like the plush seats with integrated touchscreens that provide a range of content in many languages and music that likely appeals to any taste.
Excellent airport experience and customer service. We were granted entrance to the lounge since I was a gold member on a partner airline. The flight was also excellent. I’ll always fly with Qatar.
I tried to book a flight using the app, but it would not process my data. The website is also terrible. contacted customer care to make a reservation for my next flight. I should reinstall the useless programme, they advised. Similar to last week, it was pointless. The staff member I interacted with was unable to log me into her system. a bad website, a pointless app, and an ineffective staff.
Outstanding business and economic service. The assistance service was a bit slow and very pricey for a business when there were only four seats available, which is the only complaint.
The worst carrier with the most reckless behavior. I have been waiting for my luggage for more than four days. Furthermore, they are unable to give me an update as well. Incredibly careless and unprofessional. Instead of using and its code-share flights, pick another airline to fly with.
I took a flight from Doha to London, and both flights had very clean, modern aircraft with excellent food. The cabin crew was very helpful, and the in-flight entertainment system had a great selection of movies and TV shows. Upon arriving in Doha, a large number of staff members assisted with finding the necessary transit areas. Despite the short 40-minute layover, my luggage was moved to the next flight.
It was a pleasure to travel with Qatar Airways. We cherished every moment of it. Since then, we have traveled with Emirates, and they were not nearly as excellent as Qatar Airways. Perfect service from start to finish. Sincere and competent guidance from reliable staff members made the booking process go more smoothly. This resulted in an amazing flight experience that exceeded all expectations.
Although I have had some problems with Qatar Airways, I must say that their flight attendants are really great. However, every time I fly with them I have had problems with my luggage being lost or damaged. Although the experience at the Westjet lost luggage counter in Vancouver was not ideal, I understand that the staff is under a lot of pressure. That said, I believe the airline could improve its customer service and find ways to prevent lost or damaged luggage in the first place.
We were assisted by a lovely woman named Marie who was extremely kind and pleasant when we arrived at Gatwick to check in. Our first flight to Thailand was good after boarding; however, my daughter experienced motion sickness. The crew was also quite friendly. Food and drinks were abundant. The crew on the subsequent trip was equally pleasant. Also, a member of the staff chatted with us on the return journey, so thank you for a wonderful airline.
I had the best time flying with Qatar Airways on my trip from Europe to Australia. The employees are very professional and customer-focused. This holds true for both onboard and at the gate baggage handling and boarding.

The worst airline service I have ever experienced in my whole flying career. Having taken numerous flights with Qatar, this was by far the most unsatisfactory experience. We learned that the flight was going to be delayed by more than seven hours a few hours prior to our 1.25am departure, meaning we would have to reserve an additional night at our hotel.
To get to Germany, I had three flights scheduled, but one was canceled. And they told me there was no way to reschedule the flight when I got to the airport, despite having sent out an email about it a month earlier. And the experience was absolutely horrifying. Customer service simply wanted to schedule a new flight, and all they would say was that an email had been sent. Really, there’s no such email in my inbox, so I have no idea where to look for it or confirm that they sent it.
I recently took an economy flight to Europe, and the experience was not up to Qatar Airways’ usual high standards. The crew spoke to each other most of the time, appearing bored and overworked. The aircraft needed to be modernized because it was old. This flight did not exhibit the same level of excellent service as previous ones; hopefully, this will improve.
I use Qatar Airways to travel to Australia twice a year. Always a wonderful flight, with very professional and amiable staff. Ejaz, one of the team members, provided excellent onboard service and went above and beyond to assist me on my most recent trip. With the kids on the flight, nothing was too much trouble, and they were kept occupied the entire time, which was fantastic.

My spouse, a friend, and I have all taken flights on Qatar Airways to Nairobi and Harare at various points in time; we have all noticed that the aircraft on those routes were older and in worse shape than those on other routes. Is it because the routes went through nations in Africa? Improve Qatar Airways. As excellent as your Hamad International Airport, let the aircraft operating those routes be. Not even the Hamad terminals for travelers arriving there!
