I had a great time traveling with Sunwing. The flight attendants and pilots on both the arriving and departing flights were fantastic, and my package was a great deal! The Sun Wing representatives were quick to respond to my phone calls and provided accurate and helpful information regarding shuttle buses that would transport me from my resort to the airport. I will definitely make another reservation with Sun Wing.

I had a great experience using Sunwing for the first time. Yes, it is annoying that in order to board your plane after passing through terminal 3, you have to take a shuttle to another area. Honestly, not that it matters. There is a bar and food available for a short while.

They are awful right from the start. I’ve flown over a million miles, and this was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. We were put onto a bus and driven to the plane that was being cleaned on our way back. We were informed that there was an issue and that we would need to return to the terminal rather than loading and leaving for home. After arriving, we eventually learned that we were unable to depart since the flight crew had flown longer than allowed. They shouldn’t have let them fly out if they couldn’t return because this flight was returning after just leaving Toronto. Anyway, this is my final encounter with Sunwing!

It was a timely flight. Every three months, I take a Sunwing flight, and they are always on time. Since I thought I had three bags when I actually only had two, I did have to get in touch with customer relations. I made a mistake. They received a prompt refund and responded promptly. They always have good flight dates. I’m going to keep flying for Sunwing.

Everything went perfectly when we took a Sunwing flight from Ottawa to Cancun. Since I was seated by the window, I thought it was neat that the pilots, who were fantastic, kept us informed about our location and the objects we were flying over. We arrived in Mexico early, and both flights arrived on schedule. Excellent transportation was provided to and from the airport. Definitely, I would use them again.
