Nephew, Robert Douglas, was admitted to hospital via ER on July 12. He incurred further injury while in hospital and it is estimated he will be there another 4 weeks. Have been trying for two days to cancel his flight (with full refund) and hospital planning to send appropriate details to SUNCountry Air. THIS IS URGENT!!!!
