There was nothing I could eat on the flight, despite the fact that I had already pre-requested food (which is extra expensive), and the staff didn’t seem to care. After that, I got in touch with customer service, but they didn’t bother to reply. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I won’t use them again. Among the worst airline encounters I have ever had.
