It was astounding how inconsistently they offered their products. While some flights received an amenities kit and pyjamas, others received nothing at all and no explanation. While one aircraft had an Amouage amenities kit, the other had a cheap, ugly cloth bag.

They seemed to be enjoying what they did, which is a big difference. Bravo to them! Very positive outlook on the business itself.
