The travel around South America was also reasonably priced.

My flight had to be rescheduled for the next day because of the weather in Cuzco, which caused it to be cancelled. Although I can understand why my flight was cancelled, it was the poor customer service that made my trip miserable. There were just 3 personnel available to manage a throng of around one hundred people when the cancellation was announced. I was given a customer service number rather than the ability to immediately rebook the flight. Latam should reconsider their hiring practises and customer support, in my opinion. I won’t be using Latam until further notice.

They didn’t simply charge the money back as I had anticipated. Still no refund one month later, despite numerous calls to the Spanish hotline (the German hotline is also unreachable). I’ll hand the case over to a lawyer at this point. unprofessionally speaking.
