Even though I was flying business class, I recently had a bad experience at the Emirates check-in station at Heathrow Airport. The personnel added needless work to what should have been a quick and easy check-in procedure by insisting that me fix a push cart that I never used. I was left wondering about the quality of treatment given, especially in light of the fact that business class flying is a premium experience. In order to give its customers a better experience, I hope Emirates takes care of these problems.

I am a customer who until now enjoyed flying emirates. We have wonderful memories and wonderful experiences. It all can change with a single phone call. It’s a fairly straightforward request, like when I need the miles for travel the following week and didn’t realize they were being transferred to a family account. I wasn’t prepared for the customer service representatives’ attitude or their incapacity to resolve a straightforward problem. I love Emirates so much that I have given up hours of time to travel through Dubai. You’ve just demonstrated that you don’t care about a devoted client.

On January 17, 2023, my nine-year-old son left Nairobi, Kenya as an unaccompanied minor and arrived in Orlando, Florida on January 18. Although I was really concerned, I knew I had made the correct choice when I saw him delivered to me in such a joyful and jubilant manner. He was treated to refreshments and photos by VIP and probably had more fun than I did on board. I wholeheartedly endorse this service, especially because there is no additional charge and you only need to reserve the adult ticket for the youngster.
