I have no idea where to begin. Five hours after takeoff, our flight was forced to make an emergency landing due to weather, which is not the airline’s fault. But after arriving, we had to wait for three hours before being instructed to contact a hotline in order to locate a different flight.

We were given wrong information and incorrectly directed to the wrong people over the course of the entire day while on the phone, with lengthy waits in between. We were forced to return to our starting point and retrace our entire journey to our final destination after becoming stuck in the city where we had to land urgently for three full days. We paid for our own lodging and meals (minus the first night). In the future, we’ll make every effort to stay away from this airline.

Actually, because of its dependability, user-friendliness, and overall high quality of service, I would pick Delta over all other options. I recently took a brand-new Airbus Neo321A flight home from LAX, and the first class seats were by far the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in. Not even a little cushioning or padding. Similar to spending five hours on a board. extremely uncomfortable. When selecting a seat on this specific aircraft, use caution. Try to take off on the Airbus 300. Still, I’m going to fly Delta first.

They are always my choice. Although the cost was previously higher than that of most airlines, it is currently nearly the same, but the experience and service are consistently superior.

How overrated the experience was. First-class tickets resemble those for third class more. Not allowed to enter the lounge. awful, uncomfortable chairs. Almost without any amenities. depressed workers. No food, no pillows. To help you forget about the uneducated experience, they give you free drinks. We’re never going to fly Delta again.

The primary explanation is that, out of all the airlines I’ve flown on, their onboard experience is the best. Their flight attendants and cabin crew have consistently been friendly and well-mannered. Their aircrafts are kept in good condition, and we travelers are always kept informed of any delays. My interactions with Delta Airlines staff have always shown me that they sincerely want to provide their customers with the best flying experience possible, and they have never failed to do so on any of my flights.
