They don’t want to return your money, and even when you call to cancel, they don’t actually cancel and instead wait until the deadline has passed before processing your refund! This airline lies a great deal to claim that I did not arrive at the airport when I had already purchased another ticket and that I would receive a full refund for it, even if you file a dispute with your credit card company. Due to the workers’ carelessness and incompetence, I had to pay for two tickets after contacting three times and filing an email dispute.
