Poor airline; there was no clear communication or arrangement and the flight continued to be delayed. wasting time running around, arguing, and trying to arrange for the next connecting flight, which we missed because it was delayed so much. Organize our subsequent flight during a lengthy waiting period without prior notification. An airline that lacks responsibility.

I took an Air Niugini flight, and wow! Never have I encountered an airline that is as untrustworthy as this one. My original plan was to fly the 737-800, which has charging ports and IFE, but our plane was downgraded to a Fokker-100 the day before we left. My question about why the aircraft was downgraded was met with silence.

Since I hadn’t received the special meal I had requested, the poor crew had to make something for me. This airline’s crew truly is its saving grace. They went above and beyond to make every passenger feel welcome, demonstrating their sincere enthusiasm for what they do. The crew is the only reason I give them five stars. The one and only amazing thing about this airline.

In terms of comfort and service, this airline is among the best in the world, especially if you’re flying from one of Australia’s major cities to Papua New Guinea. The employees are consistently personable and kind. If one decides to fly with this airline, they won’t be disappointed because economy class travel is sufficiently comfortable.
