I called to get seating assignments for my client. The agent came on, asked a question, which I asked her to repeat, and she hung up on me. I called back. Agent 2 asked me a question, which I asked her to repeat because of a terrible line. She quickly said “we’ll call you back. ” As I asked her if she had my number, she-too-was hanging up. Giving up, I tried again and

ca lled chat. ht. After a couple of minutes, she advised that they don’t do seat assignments and gave me some new numbers. The first one I called was the consumer line for my own agency network! The next number I called started out with my lucky day. I had to choose a number and it told me I was going to win a deal with Lifeline alert.
